I remember my dad spending so much time with me as a kid, firstly teaching me how to play the drums, and then the piano, keyboards, how MIDI worked, how to mix and produce music while in his home studio.
He would tell me stories of him performing all over the US and Canada, and around the world. How he grew up in North Denver, where he was jamming on the drums in the garage across the street from his house. How he was an ice cream man! How he performed with The Moonrakers, Sugarloaf, Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons, and the Classic Rock All-Stars. He even took me with him to many CRAS shows in California, Reno, Nevada, and Orlando, Florida. He was very kind, sharp, funny, and was friends with everyone.
I truly treasure these moments, I miss him every day, and just want to continue sharing his great gift of music with the world!
